When you phone for an ambulance, you will be required to supply the following information:
Name of caller and their telephone number.
The patient's chief complaint.

The MARS training school is located at 2 Fairbridge Ave in Belgravia, Harare, and offers a variety of pre - hospital care courses.

Membership

MARS is a membership driven organization. The bulk of the membership derives from Medical Aid Society Subscribers. Medical Aid members are encouraged to consult their Medical Aid Societies to verify status.

Medical Air Rescue Service (MARS) is a subsidiary of Strategis Group of Companies. It has been in operation since 1991. It runs seven bases in Zimbabwe in Harare, Bulawayo, Kwekwe, Gweru, Victoria Falls, Mutare and Masvingo. With a fleet of over 26 road ambulances, a dedicated  air ambulance stationed at Harare International Airport and access to 3 other planes, MARS is ideally positioned to service the Southern and Central African region.
